Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipe

Crispy air fryer chicken wings seasoned perfectly and cooked without deep frying for an easy and delicious appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings separated into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Cook wings for 20 minutes flipping halfway through.
  5. Increase temperature to 400°F and cook 5–7 minutes until crispy.

Notes

  • Dry the wings thoroughly for the crispiest skin.
  • Cook wings in a single layer for best results.
  • Toss wings in sauce after cooking to keep them crispy.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
