Crispy and golden hash browns made easily in the air fryer with minimal oil.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 –2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Add-Ins & Toppings:
  • Garlic powder or onion powder
  • Paprika or chili flakes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chopped onions or peppers
  • Sour cream or fresh herbs

Method
 

  1. Grate and soak potatoes.
  2. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  3. Season with oil and spices.
  4. Air fry until crispy, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Remove moisture for crispiness
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • Flip halfway through cooking
  • Best served immediately
