Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Coat chicken tenders in flour.
  3. Dip the chicken into beaten eggs.
  4. Coat with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil, and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for the crispiest texture.
  • Flip tenders halfway through baking for even browning.
  • Make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard or ranch.
