Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Pat pork steaks dry and rub with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
- Place pork steaks in the baking dish and pour chicken broth around them.
- Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each steak.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.

- Covering the pork during baking keeps it tender.
- Add extra barbecue sauce before serving if desired.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
