Baked Red Snapper Recipe

Tender baked red snapper fillets seasoned with garlic, lemon, and herbs for a simple and delicious seafood dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place red snapper fillets in the baking dish and pat dry.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
  4. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika over the fillets.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and place lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm.

  • Do not overcook the fish to keep it tender.
  • Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
