Beer Bread Recipe

A quick and easy bread made with beer, requiring no yeast or kneading.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 bottle 12 oz beer
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Add beer and mix gently.
  4. Transfer to loaf pan.
  5. Pour butter on top.
  6. Bake until golden and done.

Notes

  • Do not overmix
  • Use any beer type
  • Check doneness properly
  • Cool before slicing
