Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup beer
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare cheeses.
  2. Melt cream cheese base.
  3. Add beer slowly.
  4. Stir in cheddar and seasonings.
  5. Adjust consistency.
  6. Serve warm.
