Broccoli Cauliflower Salad Recipe

A fresh and crunchy salad made with broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, and a creamy tangy dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Place vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Add red onion, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Stir before serving.
  8. Serve chilled.
