- 2 cups pecans
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Prepare baking sheet.
Melt butter and sugar.
Add pecans and coat.
Cook until caramelized.
Add flavorings.
Cool and serve.
