Chicken Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pot and cook chicken until fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and soy sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and carrots and cook until tender.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Divide noodles and broth into bowls.
  7. Top with sliced chicken, soft-boiled eggs, and green onions.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic and ginger for the best flavor.
  • Add chili oil for a spicy version.
  • Cook noodles just until tender.
  • Store broth and noodles separately for best results.
