Method
Preheat oven and prepare cupcake pan.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and mix.
Stir in hot liquid.
Fill liners and bake.
Cool completely before serving or frosting.
Notes
Use hot coffee for a richer flavor
Do not overmix the batter
Cool before frosting
