shrimp, fish, mussels, clams

olive oil

onion chopped

garlic minced

can crushed tomatoes

seafood or fish broth

white wine

teaspoon
dried oregano

teaspoon
thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Prepare seafood.
Sauté onion and garlic.
Add tomatoes, broth, wine, and herbs.
Simmer broth.
Add seafood in stages.
Cook until seafood is done.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh seafood
Do not overcook seafood
Discard unopened shellfish
Serve with bread
