Method
- Preheat oven and prepare pan.
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press dough into pan and bake.
- Cool completely.
- Decorate with frosting and serve.
