Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

A warm and creamy dip made with spinach, artichokes, and melted cheese, cooked in a crockpot.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach frozen, thawed, and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Drain spinach and chop artichokes.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, and cheeses.
  3. Fold in spinach and artichokes.
  4. Transfer to crockpot.
  5. Cook until hot and melted.
  6. Stir and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain spinach well
  • Use softened cream cheese
  • Stir occasionally
  • Serve warm
