Egg Casserole Recipe

A hearty baked dish made with eggs, cheese, and optional add-ins.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cooked meat optional
  • 1 cup vegetables chopped
  • 2 cups bread cubes or 1 cup potatoes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a dish.
  2. Cook meat and chop vegetables.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasoning.
  4. Add meat, vegetables, and cheese to dish.
  5. Pour egg mixture over top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  7. Cool slightly and serve.
