Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices bread

Method
 

  1. Boil and cool eggs.
  2. Peel and chop eggs.
  3. Mix with mayo and mustard.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Assemble sandwiches.
