Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cornmeal for dusting

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
  2. Mix in flour, butter, and salt to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let rise until doubled.
  5. Shape and let rise again.
  6. Cook on skillet until golden.
