Feta Tomato Pasta Recipe

A creamy pasta dish made with baked feta and roasted tomatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add tomatoes and garlic to a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  4. Place feta in the center.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes.
  6. Cook pasta separately.
  7. Mash feta and tomatoes into a sauce.
  8. Toss with pasta and serve.

Notes

  • Use block feta for best results
  • Add pasta water if needed
  • Fresh basil enhances flavor
  • Best served fresh
