Grilled Ribeye Steak Recipe

A juicy grilled ribeye steak seasoned simply and cooked to perfection with a flavorful crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks about 1½ inches thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Remove ribeye steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.
  2. Pat the steaks dry and brush with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Preheat grill to 450–500°F.
  5. Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
  7. Top with butter and garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Let the steak rest before slicing.
  • Use high heat for a good sear.
  • Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
