A simple and flavorful grilled salmon with lemon, garlic, and herbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 –4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill and oil grates.
  2. Season salmon with oil, lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place on grill skin-side down.
  4. Cook until flaky and done.
  5. Rest briefly and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overcook
  • Oil the grill to prevent sticking
  • Use medium heat
  • Best served fresh
