Method
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and mix into a dough.
- Knead until smooth.
- Rest dough for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll out thin and cut into strips.
- Boil in salted water for 2–4 minutes.
- Drain and serve.

- Rest the dough for easier rolling
- Add flour if sticky
- Fresh noodles cook quickly
- Freeze for later use
