Kale Chips Recipe

Light and crispy kale chips made in the oven with minimal ingredients for a healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale washed and dried
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash, dry, and tear kale.
  3. Toss with oil and salt.
  4. Spread on baking sheet.
  5. Bake until crispy.
  6. Cool and serve.

Notes

  • Dry kale completely before baking
  • Do not overcrowd the pan
  • Watch closely to prevent burning
  • Best eaten fresh
