Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

- Toss with oil and salt.
- Spread on baking sheet.
- Bake until crispy.
- Cool and serve.

- Dry kale completely before baking
- Do not overcrowd the pan
- Watch closely to prevent burning
- Best eaten fresh
