Mango Lassi Recipe

A creamy and refreshing yogurt-based drink made with ripe mangoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe mango chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • Pinch of cardamom optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare mango pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust consistency and sweetness.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe mango for the best flavor
  • Adjust sweetness to taste
  • Add milk to thin if needed
  • Best served fresh and cold
