sticky rice
glutinous rice

coconut milk

sugar
Pinch
of salt

ripe mangoes sliced
Method
Soak rice for several hours.
Steam rice until tender.
Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt.
Mix rice with coconut mixture.
Slice mango.
Serve with extra coconut sauce.
Notes
Use glutinous rice only
Do not boil coconut milk
Let rice absorb flavor before serving
Best served fresh or slightly warm
