Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt then mix into wet ingredients.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and candies.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Slightly underbake for soft centres
- Chill dough for thicker cookies
- Press extra candies on top before baking
- Store airtight up to 5 days
- Dough freezes very well
