Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

A rich and creamy cheesecake filled with Oreo cookies and baked on a chocolate Oreo crust.

Ingredients
  

  • Crust:
  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 24 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare the Oreo crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix gently.
  4. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and chopped Oreos.
  5. Pour batter over crust and bake for 50–60 minutes.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
  • Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours before slicing.
  • Top with whipped cream and extra Oreo crumbs.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
