Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or blueberries optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Fill muffin cups and bake for 15–18 minutes.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the batter to keep the muffins fluffy.
  • Add toppings like berries or chocolate chips.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup or butter.
  • Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
