Method
- Add brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and mustard powder to a bowl.
- Mix the spices thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Pat ribs dry with paper towels.
- Generously rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
- Let ribs rest 30 minutes before cooking.
Notes
- Store extra rub in an airtight container.
- Use within 6 months for the best flavor.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
