Method
- Place salmon in a bowl and flake it.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, green onions, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until combined.
- Form into patties.
- Heat oil and cook patties 3–4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Chill the mixture if it's too soft
- Use canned or fresh salmon
- Cook on medium heat for the best texture
- Freeze for later use
