Salmon Poke Bowl

A fresh and colorful bowl made with marinated salmon, rice, avocado, and crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sushi-grade salmon diced
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup sriracha mayonnaise optional

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
  4. Toss the salmon gently with the marinade.
  5. Divide rice between bowls.
  6. Top with marinated salmon, avocado, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use sushi-grade salmon for safety and best flavor.
  • Add extra toppings like mango or seaweed salad.
  • Assemble just before serving for the freshest taste.
  • Best enjoyed the same day it is prepared.
