Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
  3. Pour in eggs and let sit briefly.
  4. Stir gently, forming soft curds.
  5. Remove from heat while slightly soft.
  6. Serve immediately.
