Method
- Season roast with salt and pepper and sear in oil.
- Place vegetables in slow cooker.
- Add roast on top.
- Pour broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.
- Add garlic and herbs.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
- Shred or slice and serve.
