Spicy Salmon Bowl Recipe

A delicious bowl with tender salmon, rice, fresh vegetables, and a creamy spicy sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Season and cook salmon until flaky.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
  4. Prepare vegetables.
  5. Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, and toppings.
  6. Drizzle sauce and garnish.
