Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and pre-bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Sauté onion in butter until soft.
- Add garlic and spinach and cook until wilted.
- Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach mixture and cheese to crust.
- Pour egg mixture over filling.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Pre-bake crust for best texture
- Drain spinach well
