Spinach Quiche Recipe

A rich and creamy quiche filled with spinach, cheese, and a smooth egg custard in a flaky crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and pre-bake crust for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté onion in butter until soft.
  3. Add garlic and spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add spinach mixture and cheese to crust.
  6. Pour egg mixture over filling.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Pre-bake crust for best texture
  • Drain spinach well
  • Let it rest before slicing
  • Store refrigerated up to 4 days
