Mushroom caps filled with a creamy cheese mixture and baked until golden.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 –20 mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare mushrooms.
  2. Cook chopped stems and garlic.
  3. Mix filling ingredients.
  4. Stuff mushroom caps.
  5. Bake until tender and golden.

Notes

  • Do not overbake
  • Use softened cream cheese
  • Clean mushrooms gently
  • Best served warm
