Sushi Bake Recipe

A baked sushi-inspired dish with seasoned rice and a creamy seafood topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cups shredded crab or seafood of choice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons furikake
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook and season rice with vinegar.
  2. Mix seafood with mayo, cream cheese, and soy sauce.
  3. Spread rice in baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle furikake over rice.
  5. Add seafood mixture on top.
  6. Bake until heated through.
  7. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overbake
  • Use warm rice for the best flavor
  • Add toppings after baking
  • Best served warm
