Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Stir in taco seasoning, beans, corn, and tomatoes.
- Layer chips and meat mixture in baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve.

- Use thick tortilla chips for the best texture
- Don’t add too much liquid
