Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

A creamy baked casserole with noodles, tuna, and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup peas optional
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Mix soup, milk, and cheese.
  3. Add tuna, noodles, and peas.
  4. Transfer to baking dish.
  5. Add topping.
  6. Bake until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Do not overcook noodles
  • Drain tuna well
  • Use fresh cheese
  • Let rest before serving
