Turkey Meatballs Recipe

Juicy and tender meatballs made with ground turkey and simple seasonings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon herbs parsley or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients gently.
  2. Shape into meatballs.
  3. Cook in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add sauce if desired and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overmix
  • Use even-sized meatballs
  • Cook on medium heat
  • Can be baked or pan-fried
