Parmesan cheese

parsley or Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Mix all ingredients gently.
Shape into meatballs.
Cook in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
Add sauce if desired and serve.

Do not overmix
Use even-sized meatballs
Cook on medium heat
Can be baked or pan-fried
